For hygiene and safety reasons, cdcGlobe.shop does not accept returns or refunds for the following:

Opened, used, or partially used products

Skincare, cosmetic, dental, or personal care items that have been unsealed

Change-of-mind purchases (e.g., dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or results)

Promotional, discounted, clearance, or near-expiry items (unless defective)

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

3.  Return Process

To request a return or refund, customers must:

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging Wait for return approval before sending any item back Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4.  Refund Method

Issued as store credit, depending on the case and availability

Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5.  Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for incorrect or defective items, subject to stock availability

If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead
